Third Row Removal
Here is a link to an older description. I’d guess little to nothing has changed in the basics.

Awesome video and instructions. I got everything done on my 2021 model in less than an hour. I didnt have to remove the seat belt as the seats were never used since picking the car up in March from the dealer.
For those reading this thread for the first time, the summary steps are:
1. Removal of 2 plastic covers for each seat - one covering the motor and the other the battery and the bottom
2. Unbolt 4 screws
3. Unlock seat from vertical resting position
4. unplug just one harness under the motor and free seat

Commenting as someone who has done this on both my 2nd and 3rd generation LX models, this is one of those things that felt like good ideas at the times. While it went very easily in both vehicles, I didn't find the added cargo volume all that useful to me. In both vehicles I found myself sometimes wishing I had the third row seats available for some of few and far between times when I wanted to add an extra passenger or two.
I ended up replacing the seats. They are very heavy, so the reduced weight probably had some small effect on gas mileage. Finding a convenient place to store them that was climate controlled was another problem as they do occupy a bit of space in a closet. And if you are married you know who and what gets priority for inside-the-house closet space. and it is not your car parts.
As I recall one of the selllng points was that third row seat removal allowed enough width to carry golf bags sideways. But I do not golf.

Some people are fixated on certain ideas, like 3rd row delete, air suspension delete (GX), must install Tesla style screen.
They go thru these "customization" and then move on to next vehicle and do the same thing to them. Just see this on used cars all the time like the seller is doing us a favor.
I apologize if you actually needed the space. I find the space adequate even with the 3rd row installed. If you flip the sits down but not put up the seat backs, then you should have space to put the golf bag. Plus they make a 2 row LX, they are priced lower.

I'd debate the "they are very heavy" when it comes to the 3rd row seats. I store my 3rd row seats in a non-climate controlled attic over my non-climate controled garage. I don't lift weights but I can get the seats up a drop-down ladder, one at a time. Both 100 and 200 seats feel like they're maybe 50 pounds each. No issues with lack of the climate control, nor with the weight of the seats. The 100 series went upstairs 10 years ago, and the 200 series 5 or 6 years ago...both look like they just came off the trucks.
I hope God is kinder to you in the health department than he has been with me, and that you have many more years of life ahead of you.

I bought my 570 used last year and for some unknown reason the 2 row models were more expensive than the 3 row ones, if they even were available. Otherwise I would have snapped one as such. Also I carry a lot of stuff in the trunk esp., when taking my dad to physio - his wheelchair, paraphernalia, some exercise equipment, ... so while the extra space may seem inconsequential, to me its a welcome addition.
