Default Good deal?

I found a 2018 LX570 with three rows, Luxury package, Mark Levinson stereo, heated/ac tyetc. (original MSRP $99K).

It has around 65K miles on it.

It’s a Certified Pre-Owned and they want $63K + taxes.

What’s your opinion on the deal? Good or no?

I started to notice prices coming down on LX570, but still much slower here in TX than elsewhere. Sewell in Dallas has a 2017 LX with 77k miles for $63k and it's not certified... They also have another 2017 with 44k miles certified at $68k... I'd say it's a good deal, but please check carfax and also ask dealer to give you their printout of all maintenance records.
BTW Park Place in Plano has a 2019 LX CPO with rare super sport package with 53k miles (nebula over black) offered for $69,598...fully loaded with all options except rear screens and looks like it was kept immaculately. You might want to check it out, see if they buck a bit on price?

I just bought a 2017 LX570 with same options, 58,500 miles, and paid $61,700. It is in excellent shape and has clearly been well maintained

We tend to have much higher prices for any 4WD trucks, especially the valuable ones, here in TX compared to other states.

at that mileage, it is quite possible that the idiot who leased it did not do any oil changes.
demand to see the service records....that is a bullet proof engine, but ONLY if they change the oil every 5,000 miles. otherwise the rings will stick

If the service records are available and maintenance associated is performed on time, then I would say it is a decent deal. The LX prices are coming down. There is a 2019 LX with just over 29K miles on it for $64,998 in Sacramento. Just dropped price by $1000. Says 1 owner and no accidents, etc. But the area flooded this winter. The CarFax reports no flood damage but I would take a real good look.
