Computer - 12.3" Display Problem
I own a 2021 LX570 with approx 17k miles on it. On a recent trip, the computer display began to malfunction. Navigation seemed to be working, however, I was unable to execute any commands to switch screens (e.g. I could not switch from the radio to climate or fuel consumption to navigation using the remote touch control on the console). Then, a command would execute, but it would take 10-20 seconds after hitting the remote touch ****. The issue was intermittent and the computer now seems fine after restarting the engine. My guess is that there is a software issue that might be remedied with a software update? I have an appointment at dealer next week and am wondering whether anyone else has experienced a similar issue.

Give it a try.
Question a dealer may ask.... Did you have anything connected to the system? phone ...or even dash cam? If so, may want to disconnect 'everything' first, and go from there, see if the symptom will reoccur when no external electronics were attached.
Thank you for your replies. I had my LX to the dealer yesterday and, as expected, the dealer could not duplicate the system issue. The dealer confirmed that the software/firmware for the system is up to date, performed a "hard reset" of the system, and opened a ticket with Lexus. Lexus did request specifications of my iPhone and, as z32 suggested above, advised not to reconnect my iPhone for now.
