Red face Sport Mode Selector **** Part

Hello LX570 community..

My daughter accidentally pulled off the silver **** plate on the Sport Mode Selector **** with her backpack. The circular plastic piece that pops on top of the ****. The **** itself works, but the plastic piece went out of the car with my daughter and was lost. I took it to the Sterling McCall Lexus dealer in Houston. They told me that I would have to buy the entire **** console for $1300 and they would charge me $700 to replace it (part# 84010-60B60). Yes, that is correct. $2000 for a missing plastic piece about the size of a silver dollar that pops right in. I told them to forget it, and thought I could find the part myself online. Even if have to buy an entire used **** from salvage. I cannot seem to locate one. Any suggestions.?? Otherwise I'm gonna have to fashion something out of duct tape and bubble gum just to keep debris out of it.
