Yes I am serious, why would you ask if I am serious? I am running out of options. The car was running just fine, I had made multiple stops and when I went out to start the car it cranked just like normal but never would start. The battery was new, same key as I always used (I only have one key), ended up having to have the car towed home which is 25 miles. The closest Lexus dealership is 75 miles from here so I would really like to fix the car myself if at all possible. I have since checked every fuse, relay, put in a new fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, changed the spark plugs, 2 new Cam shaft sensors, crankshaft sensor, made sure the idle air control valve can move freely, cleaned the mass air control sensor, checked the timing belt, checked to ensure the security immobilizer was fine ....and am missing anything!! I am by no means a mechanic and I know absolutely nothing about Lexus. I am a stay at home mom of 4 small children and this happens to be my piece of crap commuter car but I am on a budget so I try and fix things my self. Therefore, when you ask if I am serious...the answer is YES, I am very Serious! Thanks!

What you're missing in the first place is a shop manual with a diagnostic troubleshooting tree. Instead, you're simply throwing parts and money at it. If you know "absolutely nothing about Lexus", find somebody who has the knowledge. Right now your budget may be toast.
Have you reposted your issue in the RX section here yet? I pointed that out given I'd get about the same answer on the RX forum if I asked as to an issue on our LX or Land Cruiser.
