On the weekend I replaced my rusted out, completely useless front skid plate on my 06 LX470. If you are in need of a replacement I don't think you could do better than the ASFIR front aluminium skid plate. I paid about $200 US shipped. It was a direct bolt up with no mods required. I used SS hex bolts instead of re-using the old bolts. The plate is inexpensive and a much cleaner look than the original.
