My sons Lexus 2002 was diving and breaking dangerously,and I read on several posts that you could drive safely with this system disabled .So far it hasn't activated this system any more ,but an alarm goes off on practically any curve.A beep that is annoying can this be remedied.Also is this as safe as the off roaders say it is disabling the nanny stuff many cars never had this help .All thoughts are appreciated

You may be able to "drive safely", but if the kid needs to stop suddenly, stopping distances are increased once the brakes lock up, which they will.

I guess it's fine if the kid trailers the truck or drives on unpaved roads, but I'm assuming that's not applicable here.

The beep is telling you to fix the braking system. I don't tend to screw around with either brakes or steering, especially on a kid's car. Were it one of my kid's cars, I would have told him to drive something else until the issues is FIXED.

Get the truck to a dealer or good indy shop.
