My side mirrors randomly will not extend out when I push the button on the dash control. I've taken the dash control out and cleaned it with alcohol; it still doesn't work. I think I'm ready to replace the control, but want to check with the forum first. Any ideas?

 

Forgot to add - 2005 Lexus LX470 - 111,000 miles

 

I had the same issue with mine. A new switch cured it.

 

Yes I had one come in to my shop and I replaced the switch as well and it fixed the problem.
