2001 Lx470

I'm looking at buying a 2001 LX470 with 48,000 miles on it. It's pretty loaded including the Mark Levinson Stereo (no nav system).

The dealer is asking $47,900 which seems high. Anyone have any thoughts about the price and any concerns about the high mileage.

Welcome to Clublexus. Considering the trunk is almost 70k new, that price is reasonable. Whoa, 48k miles!??! In 2 years. Hmmm, I dunno, was the LX maintened by the dealer?

I wouldn't worry about the mileage so long as the vehicle has been maintained properly and the price reflects the mileage and overall condition. Actually, it doesn't matter whether you put you put all of your mileage on the vehicle or spread it out over several, what matters more is the maintenance schedule, was it adheard to.
