CPO 2012 with 46k miles
These forums are great and I've definitely learned a lot from them, lurking over the past few weeks (and going back through almost 10 pages of threads). Today I got a call from my dealer saying that they may have found what I am looking for. I need some verification that the price is roughly right (I've researched edmunds, kbb, etc and think the price may be a bit high).
The car is still going through the CPO inspection process, but it should be ready for me to look at Monday. They don't have an exact price, but it sounds like they think it would be between $41k and $42k, which sound a bit high for the high mileage of this car.
I have attached the invoice, but the highlights are:
1) 46k miles.
2) Originally purchased exactly 2 years ago.
3) AWD.
4) Luxury and Comfort packages.
This is my first attempt at buying a car so I am very excited. Thanks everyone!

No, I don't play soccer!
Welcome to CL, beekus. While the mileage is high, the RX450h you're looking at is pretty loaded. It's probably going to be hard to find another one like it without searching far and wide. There are fewer hybrids out there too. KBB is pricing the 450h with all those options and mileage in the upper $30s in good condition. Add another $1.5-2K for being CPO. I'd say shoot for below $40K.
There is one big advantage for you right now. Tomorrow is end of the month and the final day of the Command Performance sales event. No doubt the dealer wants the 450h sold so make sure you go and check it out. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
