Let's see, my pops is a bit stingy on cash and I won't have much cash in my pocket until he opens up the new party store and I start working so what could I do?

I guess the stock wheels wouldn't be so bad but their nasty aluminum and it costs quite a bit to get the chromed I hear. Okay okay, and get this, the center caps have all corroded and turned an ugly brownish gold color and my dealer blew me off when i asked if they were under warranty. Now here's a thought, how much would it be to just get the center caps chromed? How about a set of LX470 caps, will they fit my LX450?

One more thing, do they actually sell paint that looks chrome? What about just painting them myself, would that be a bad idea? Shoudl I just spray paint them aluminum, their original color.

Hmm, anyone have any insight?

Call Lexus for new center caps, call a used Lexus parts place/salvage yard, go to Ebay, etc..

Just be patient, and get the wheels you want...

How much are they at Lexus...? Compare prices used vs new.... Have you called Grahams?

I have an option for you... Ask each one of your girlfriends to buy you a center cap...

That way you should have a few extra new caps!!!

Don't even attemp to paint them!!! pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...... not chrome... if they where silver coated..yes... chrome.. NO.... Not on a rim/cap.....

Save some of your allowance.... Go dutch to the "Mummy Returns" tonight ...

They are originally aluminum colored.

And I was planning on seeing the Mummy Returns tonight.

My allowance ended when elementary school did, don't worry my daddy opens up the new party store soon! (sunday!)

But there is no hope left for the Center Caps, god they make my whole car look like crap I guess oms aluminum spray paint? What do you think? And the painting chrome, haha, no not my style, that's teh style I make fun of.

Oh yea, Lexus wants like 150 a piece! And they don't even know if they could find them for me, Grahams hasn't responded yet, we'll see.

There some kind of plastic, that's why I thought of painting them their original color. How much would it be to get them chromed, can they even chrome them if their not alloy?

No the LX470 rims/center caps will not work due to the fact that you have six lugs and the 470 has five. Go to toyota and try to buy some takeoffs from a tundra, same lug pattern!
