I ve 2007 LS 460 ,there was buzzing sound that comes from the speakers .seen by one expert ,told me the amplifier is busted and need to be replaced.HE have used one but asking alot for it.
can any body tell me is it repairable????

I highly doubt that you can just mail it to the US. You would need to convince the US CBP to let it in. Not going to happen imo.

 

I dunno i ship an receive pkgs all over the world all the time... try UPS an see what they say.. it maybe delayed thru customs but 1 ML amp isnt goin to bring down the country....

 

yesterday it was fixed.I ve requisted some parts not available in my area called double diode 4pcs ( 43CTQ100) by ups from singapore cost me 30 USD
labour charge 50 USD .....THANK GOD . GOODBYE SILENCE

I'd love to know the location of these diodes. I think I can fix it if I know which one to replace. I'm decent at soldering and desoldering.

 

I dont know the location of these diode ,but the technician replace them told me its like circuit breaker

 

After 120000km my LS 460 amplifier failed. The dealer told me it cost 1200 dollar

I think Iwill remove it my self and give it to a repair shop.
