Default Issue Automatic transmission Lexus LS350 2018

Hey! I’m from Russia and my country don’t have something data about this car. I need your help!
My Lexus have a problem.
I trying talk about it.
1) When I begin to drive my car slowly(about 1000-2000 /min), when I getting 25-30 km/h, automatic transmission kicks so strong it’s look like jump. It’s happens every time. But when I cold start and drive slowly it’s don’t happen. Dealership can’t find a problem.
2) Seat don’t have a seat memory. It’s don’t work.
3) Also airflow when I use massage, have so loud sound of air, but I already found data about this problem. Thanks.

please, help me, if u have something information about these problems! I appreciate your help.

fortunately, it’s same car. Little bit changes. In USA u don’t have this choice. Like in Russia we don’t have awd Camry.

My 2018 LS500 had a similar problem. It was fixed with a firmware update for the transmission.
