2018 LS500H CarPlay

Hey everyone,

I've upgraded my family's NX300
DCU: 17LDL2EU-DB01
MEU: 17LML2EU-FB00

to a new software update released from 'https://www.lexus-tech.eu/' and it added CarPlay and everything went smooth.

We also have a 2018 LS500H with the same DCU/MEU numbers, but the update I used on the NX is for NX/ES/UX only.

I tried to look on lexus-tech again and I found the following:

Your dealer should be able to update; it should be a courtesy, so press if they want to charge.

Our dealer in Israel won't do it, I want to do it my self just as I did with the NX.

If you do a search on this forum there is another user who is based somewhere in the Gulf who did the same thing. He might be able to help.

I tried to find anything related to CarPlay on here, couldn't find something interesting.

I already done the procedure on my NX - I know how to do it - but I just wanna make sure I'm using the right version for my LS.
