ls 500 computer reset

Hi
I have bought an LS500 2019 model with a stolen front bumper, I have bought new front bumper with sensor, camera and radar but unfortunately the car computer does not recognize them. Some technician told me to reset the car computer or re program the computer . How should I do that ?

Yes I have but it doesn't work for all settings

The dealer was closed because of Corona Virus, I will check again
