Doesn't sound bad, but does still seem pretty quiet, more luxury than sporty.

Sound is a bit to tamed for a performance exhaust, have you thought about removing or putting smaller mufflers for a more "race" version to give a lil more sound? Car and tips look very impressive!

Will this exhaust work with the stock diffuser or only aftermarket?

It can work on the stock diffuser but you have to remove the chrome surrounds and trim some of the OEM plastic.
