bwlahahahaha! i feel that man. in the time since i wrote this thread i bought 2 more old Ls400s. my girl isnt a car person at all. she thought it was a waste of money when i bought a clapped out 300k 90 a few months back, which i paid next to nothing for, but i HAD to have one, so i got it out of my system. then i bought a 2000 jade green one for $3800, which she wasnt thrilled about, and was seriously starting to give me the stink-eye after i spent an extra grand on a new Tbelt/water pump, tranny mount, and tints for it. but hey its not her money, plus i own a house i dont live in that is just a man cave, so i can play with my toys over there and she dont have to look at them.

btw, she has banned all LS400s along with any of my other lexus misfits i drag home from her driveway. shame bc i had 4 cars, now down to three, but will probably have 5 or 6 by the end of the year and i only have room in my driveway for 2! she has a HUGE driveway. i could fit 6 LS400s in alone, along with a pair of sc430s, and an LX470 in the other driveway she has in the back! sucks. lol

a few days ago, i bought a new cornering light for my 00. she says to me "are you done with the old lexus stuff now" -i didnt say, considering im about to drop $2k worth of repairs into my 95, thats probably worth 500 bucks
