Default Steering wheel 2° off center

I hit a pothole at about 80Mph, now my steering wheel is about 2° off center when driving on a straight road.
I brought the car to the shop to be alligned, everything was allmost perfect. Some tiny adjustments were made, but the steering wheel is still not perfectly horizontal while driving on a straight road.
Any suggestions?

Funny, when I bought the car (with 28,000 miles) I never noticed it being off until I took it home.
I drove it that way and it did not bother me. I got new tires, aligned,, and it was gone.

Take it back and have them fix it, after they complete an alignment they adjust the wheel to straight and they just didn't do that properly.

I am VERY sensitive to this and I almost always have to take it back and have them re-straighten the wheel after an alignment
