I had an audio shop install a subwoofer and amplifier today and the car is showing a RCTA error with a rear camera error. Any assistance to clear this would be great.
Could it be by them disconnecting the battery it caused this?

Did they unplug any wires? possibly could have been an unplugged wire or even a blown fuse?
After trying the steering angle reset etc it’s still not working, when I shift into reverse I do have the grid lines etc, and do have reverse camera operation. I’m thinking when they disconnected the battery perhaps there maybe an electrical glitch. I did use a Launch Creader v2.0 as a diagnostic tool to attempt to clear the error but nothing productive. I am 1 step from taking it to the local dealer for assistance
After taking the car to the dealer they determined that the car needed an entire floor harness at $6500 for the part and $6900 to install as there was evidence of what appeared to be a rodent chewing on it
