Good deal? 2024 FSport.
I’ve been looking for months for a good Fsport and I think I’ve doing one. It has about 14k miles with options such as the ML audio system and it even has the dynamic package which has the variable air ride suspension. that totaled about 95k last year.
They are selling it for 70k, is that a pretty good deal? Only thing they won’t come down on the price anymore. It also has a pretty good chip on the windshield.

That’s a pretty decent price. Is it L Certified? We got ours about a year ago. It’s a 23 L-Certified, Nightfall Mica Blue, tan interior with air ride. Ours is not an F Sport but that wasn’t something we were looking for. It had 30 k for about the same price as the one you’re looking at. I think if it has the equipment you want it’s not a bad price. If it is at a Lexus dealership I would absolutely want the L-Certified warranty, these things are expensive to work on.
Why F Sport out of curiosity? The seats are less comfortable and it's not a sporty car compared to others in the class. The chip could cost maybe $2k+ for a new windshield/install since it's not a glass claim. Maybe they could have their insurance fix it first with OEM glass?
Personally I think that's a bad deal
For $70k you could get a low miles BMW i7 on CarMax.

if you are willing to spend that much then you should be shopping for LCertified at Lexus dealers.
I don’t understand the F Sport in an LS500.
Better make sure you can live with the seats.

op, is it a lexus dealer? What year? Its history?
Color?
Its not an easy car to find and if your smitten with it then do a search of similar cars, Kelly blue book, NADA, etc.
"Price is only an issue if your not happy". Sometimes we pay for what we want. Somtimes you get a deal too good to pass up on a car you might not been looking for. Thus asking us if its a good price is a bit subjective.
I would not be worried about a warranty on a 14k mile car if it still has some left on it. I bought mine with about 6 months left on a 2019 with 28k miles. With 52 k on it now I have had no issues. I drive about 10k miles a year on it. Drive train has 7 yrs, 70,000 warranty. I bought mine from a high end non lexus dealer witha great rep and the car was clean with good history. I got the color adn combo I wanted and it was a fair price. But I think the car itself was a great value given the depreciation (three years old when I got it) and There are not a lot of these things around to choose from in the weeks I was shopping. No doubt a Certified car would have cost a few grand more but I sort of "self insured" it by saving a bit. That I pay cash for the car its not like im in a crush of payments and repair costs if it happens. A personal preference mind you. I rolled the dice with toyota/lexus reliability which was a factor in choosing the LS over BMW, Audi or Mercedes. They make great cars and I have mostly good histories with them over many years but less into cars this stage of my life and want more ease of ownership. The LS is not everyones cup of tea but I really like the design, build quality, and performance at the pricepoint I paid. I feel it was a great value. Thus, Im happy!
As Fsport? While I did not fine value in that package on this car thats a personal preference.

For some strange reason, they raised the price to almost 73k now.
It's not at a Lexus dealerhip but at a bentely dealership in AZ. It's white with a red/black interior. 1 owner car, no accidents.
It had all the options I was looking for but that big chip on the windsheild really threw me off on the price. They wouldn't come down on the price or fix the chip saying it's really rockbottom price for them.
I have never sat in an Fsport before and this will be my daily driving about 50 miles a day. I guess I should sit in those seats before I buy one lol. I really like the look of the Fsport exterior
I guess I'll keep on looking for that perfect LS.

Maybe they fixed the chip and thus raised the price?
If the chip is not in line of sight pehraps a small fix works? I have to adressone one I just found on mine but its low and in the middle.
I would sit in and test drive both Fsport and others. I doubt the seats would be uncomfortable but maybe the vibe of one vs. the others dependig on your demographic might appeal either way. Consider you can't rotate tires on Fsport if not AWD.
My personal preference was color as most Fsports are white or black, and I HAD to have Atomic Silver with black interior. The lucious semi aniline leather was also preferred. The vibe on the Fsport "sporty" style interior to me did not fit. The exterior is very nice and agree it looks a bit better. Given the Brakes were the only performance "Upgrade" there was little other difference. These cars are fast but you won't feel it given its a luxury car first. Perhaps with bigger wheels that changes the driving dynamic but I find the 20's just right and the wheel gap not at all glaring. This is totally a personal preference. My perspective coming from a GS350 with 25k miles and Lexus dealer offering me a crazy buy for it was I got my LS with ML audio, interior upgrade package, etc.... a very common package with an MSRP of 95k when new with 28k miles and the price was 55k, thus I "Modified" my GS with better audio, seats, wheels, exhaust, twin turbo's, Massage seat, and other goodies with the modern interior design for only 15K. To me that was a bargain!!! I liked the GS in its Fsport package on that car and was quite fond of it.
Bottom line is this is a hell of a car and I enjoy it every day!!!!
You have a trade in that is a factor?
Did you ask for the chip to be repaired or want a new windshield?
From all your research is your offer even fair? we talking a 2024? what is the wholesale and reasonable profit for them?
We all want a great deal but do the comps justify it? did you have a check ready to make the deal right there?
end of the month, get on it!
Good luck!

Buying from out of state complicates things too. Aside for possible tax issues, they may be less inclined to stand behind the vehicle knowing you won’t be around to hassle them. Just from past experience.
Lexus makes great cars, but honestly all of the current competitors make it feel like a Camry in person. It’s got the superior reliability and running costs.
My inclination would be to search for a few years old, a few more miles and save $20-30k.

You might want to watch out for those seats. There are reviews that state the seats are uncomfortable and if you're driving fifty miles each day that's something to consider. Getting a nice car is cool, when the shine wears off and the seats are no good you have a significant problem to deal with daily.
As my parents always told me, there's always a better deal around the corner. Most of the time this is true. My two cents.
