Question Jack Assy

Hello everyone,

In 3 months I replaced 2 Run on Flat Pirelli tires. Run on Flat not good with pothole. The wall of the Run on Flat tires crack open. But still drivable.
I decided to get rid of Run on flat tires, replace it with conventional Michelin Cross Climate 2. Already got a full size spare with matching rims.
Need Jack Assy. Is LS460 Jack Assy work ok with LS 500?

Any standard scissor jack or hydraulic jack will work. I wouldn't use one that is rated for less than 2 tons. The LS460 jack is fine.

Damn that spare must take up a lot of space in the trunk.

I have been carrying a Slime inflator/sealer for a couple of years now. No way would we be able to travel with a 20” wheel and tire eating up trunk space.
Last time I changed a flat on the side of the road was in the early ‘70s and we have done a lot of traveling.

I have that slime kit and a "Modern Spare" full kit. It takes up room but wife and I can get to beach house with little room to "Spare".
Pun intended.
I have left it home once. I have AAA. Overkill? Perhaps. Maybe the garlic hanging in the trunk is too much???

Thank you for the input. I don't have anything to put in the trunk. I travel with the wife most of our bags are in the back seats. Sick and tire of Run on Flat. Good technology, but can't handle a small pothole.
