I have an LS500 with 32500 miles. I am experiencing some issues with the driver's chair. The massage has lost some of its power and you can hear the air seeping from the chair whenever thr massage is on. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

 

The problem you are reporting sounds like one or more of the air bladder(s), which are inflated and deflated to create the "massage" motion, are leaking. My 2018 LS500 has two bladders that go flat over time, but none that I can hear leaking. I'd say live with it unless it's worth the expense to you.

 

The control unit for the bladder pumps is incorrectly programmed. There was a recall/TSB on certain models. Ask your dealer, you may be eligible for replacement.

My 2018 LS500 had the same issues you noted with the massage function. I had the front and passenger side air bladders replaced, thankfully they were under warranty as they were pretty expensive, good luck
