Mine came due on my 2019 around 40k miles, front and rear. I bought the car at 30k, so I can’t say how it was driven before I owned it.
I bought my car at 36k. It had been driven at the rate of about 2,500 miles/month, which might indicate highway miles. I have 49k on it now. I’m very easy on brakes and they are quiet. I was hoping for maybe 70k before dealer tries to sell me a brake job. I dunno, might be easier and a lot cheaper for me to buy Lexus pads and have my local guy who has serviced my wife’s LS430 for years to install them. Dealer said I had VI mm at all 4 at 46,000 miles I’m usually a pretty hard sell for rotors, especially at dealer prices. Is there a built-in sensor on these cars that indicates we need pads?
Carfox and dealer records don’t indicate any previous brake work.
I am approaching 100k miles on my 2018 and have not had brakes replaced. Serviced at dealer and brakes checked as part of the service every 5k miles throughout. I bet they recommend replacement when I go in for 100k service in about 2,500 miles from now.
