Default Engine, VSC & Traction control lights ON.

Hello,
My LS460L/2007 has Engine, VSC and Traction control lights are ON and this remains ON without flashing.
Previously when this happened garage tried changing fuel lid but did not help. Later when car was lifted to check the Evap, seems Evap Canister connection had a clamp that was not fixed well. Lights disappeared for over 6 months when the clamp was fixed. Now lights are back, could this be a Evap Canister problem.
Although a 2007, car has only done 67K Kilo meters. Any thoughts?

Hoses and plastic parts. like those that make up evap system, fail with old age. Sixteen years in a dry climate will do it.

P043E - Reference orifice clogged. Trouble areas:
Canister pump module (reference orifice, leak detection pump, vent valve)
• Connector/wire harness (canister pump module - ECM)
• EVAP system hose (pipe from air inlet port to canister pump module, canister filter, fuel tank vent hose)
• ECM

Sadly, you will need techstream to properly diagnose the issue.

Hello, I have now tried erasing codes using the OBD2 scanner. Car runs for about a week without any error codes... I have tried this for 2 weeks and this seems the trend.
