Our 2014 LS 460 has recently made an irregular beeping noise for extended periods of time. It is strange that the noise starts after we have been parked in a parking garage in a particular city. We have never heard it except coming out of that city. One one occasion it lasted 30 minutes. The last time it lasted over an hour and did not stop when the car was turned off. No other warning notices on the nav screen or drivers screen. We do not have the lane correction option. Has anyone experienced any thing similar?

 

It seems that a failing amp can cause such issue.

 

The trunk mounted stereo amplifier could be the culprit. Where you park is only coincidental. Do an internet search for amplifier failure symptoms on LS460 for more info. If it seems this is the issue, there are several companies who do repairs. United Radio is one that's mentioned on the forum. You remove it and ship it to them.
