Default Front Suspension Questions Please

Hello all, I have an 07 base model.

Three years ago at 120,000 miles I had my local trusted mechanic, who has his own 08 460, replace all the suspension
such as all new shocks, control arms, etc. the deal quoted me $6500 but my guy did it all for a little over $3000
We used OEM quality components..

Well now it is four years later and some 30,000 more miles and everything except the shocks need to be replaced again.
the arms rubber bushings are cracked and sagging now.

Anyway, this kind of pisses me off, having to replace everything again,
When the car was new until some 120,000 miles the suspension worked fine, and now after only 30,000 miles I have to do it again.

Is the normal, is this your experience?
Appreciate any thoughts.......

the cheapest I could find all 8 front control arms with all 4 shocks + mounts OEM was roughly $2500-$2800 how did you get all 8 arms with all 4 shocks replaced using OEM parts for $3000?

Pre 2013 models had a poorly designed control arm that wore prematurely. The original bad control arms were still available to buy new when you had it repaired. There were and probably still are poorly made aftermarket replacement control arms as well as many other parts. If you stress the suspension by driving this heavy car hard and/or have bad roads. Hard to believe the car didn't ever have control arms replaced before 120k miles. Did you own it since new? If not, it probably had arms replaced previously. Were the ball joints ever replaced? If worn, they could prematurely wear the control arms. These are some possibilities to explain what has happened.
