Weird hum-possibly front wheel...it rotates on and off every 2 seconds.

Back in the day we sometimes just clamped a big azz set of vice grips around the under carriage in various spots to see if it could be changed, Toyota trucks had a campaign for nvh in the 90's and the fix turned out to be a thick piece of steel welded to the hanger upstream of the muffler. your car probably has them from the factory.
A couple of large gear clamps on a driveshaft and rotated 90deg until there was a change then fine tuned was another thing that sometimes worked.

I had the same humming/vibrating on front right corner, intermittently at 40-50mph.

My Indy mechanic attributed it to bad control arm bushings. 6 out of 8 were shot!

Replaced them, & now It’s back problem free!
