If not, is your procedure something I can do alone? No one to press the pedal for me. Would a vacuum type bleeder do the trick?
Yeah that would be my stance as it sits right now. I don't think they are really putting enough care into it.

You can't really do this alone easily, a vaccum type would work but the front bleed according to the TS procedure would need you to pump it and place a rod between the chair and pedal. Then you would go outside the car and open the required bleeder, close it, return inside and continue on. Use a soft ended rod with lots of padding to prevent damage to anything....

You will need techstream or something equivalent to perform repeated zero downs, I have not yet come up with a way to do this without it. I'm trying to see if I can figure out a way via the wiring diagrams to short out pins to open the valves.

It's not easy though since unpowered is closed

Thank you very much for your response. I think it'd be more of a certainty to get it done right as DIY like you stated. Getting Techstream and finding a neighbor isn't impossible for me, I just need to make it happen.

Striker, do you know if a standard subscription to Techstream will accommodate he brake flushing? It's $20/2 days vs $65 for professional subscription.

I don't know, I don't have a copy of TS since my Autel does almost everything it can. I'm not a Toyota only shop so I need to be able to cover a lot of different brands. Sorry I couldn't help
