Default Transmission help in UAE

So I have a 2008 Ls460, been driving it for almost 2 years without any issue. And then I started facing the transmission sliping issue recently which would occur only at low speeds (occasionally and not all the time). So after much reading through forums I decided to change the transmission fluid and then discovered that the transmission had a seal leak which was then fixed by the garage I took it to, along with the fluid drain and refill. Drove the car for a few days and it was slightly smoother than before with occasional slipping experience, until one day the car went into limp mode. Took it back to the same garage and the mechanic could not find any error codes or leaks, which was good but I still had to know why it happened. Then I suspected that the fluid level was still low so he added more fluid and we drove it after that without facing any problem. The next day however I still get the transmission slipping experience and it has been the same since.
Did anyone else (preferably in UAE region) face the same issue and if so then how did they manage to resolve it? I do not want to go to the transmission replacement route yet because I think it can be resolved with simple fix. The car drives so smoothly at times and occasionally does this which bugs me to the core. Any help is appreciated.

Fyi the car is an import from the US and currently has 150k miles.

Transmission level adjustment must be done in a very specific way. This forum has a number of guides "how-to", please, use search. Once you find all necessary information show it to the mechanic so he does it right next time.
