With out the AUX, not sure what I can suggest. Just had to say, Lexus offered a factory Mini-Disc player ? Really ? That is actually pretty dam cool.

So, no mini pin headphone jack in the center console ? With out that, not a real "cheap" option that would help you here. There might be some 3rd party devices that might help but, most of them Need the AUX to use it.
Bluetooth/FM adapter. Plugs into cig lighter for power, receives bluetooth from phone (or audio in jack) and transmits FM to your radio. Amazon has lots to choose from.
You should have an aux input in the center console. At least my 2007 LS460 does. I bought a Bluetooth adapter like the one below and it works great with my iPhone.
