First thing I would do is detach the battery for three hours. Tap the Positive & negative connections inflate tyres to 2,5 bar then drive for 20 miles. Worked for me my lights disappeared

At this point I will try just about anything so I will give it a shot. My battery died and the car was without battery for three days I also noticed that the terminal were looking corroded so I replace the Terminals and the Battery with all original Lexus parts then I bought a Autel 519 scan tool and erased the Errors on the dash then drove the car for 30min to and hour and the codes all came back car rides perfect engine as smooth as butter brakes perfect everything is working perfect but the car is giving codes which I posted at the top I just do not have a Lexus Mech who can give a proper diagnosis

Thanks for the info on the Sensor I will try that
A decent tire shop should have a tool to read/program new sensors into your car, as I have done it twice in my '07. Was it this recent mechanic the one that installed the new TPMS sensors or a wheel/tire shop?

Is there any way to verify the TPMS sensors he installed? If they are not 315MHZ, then even Techstream will not be able to help. Do you know of a reputable tire shop in the area? If so, I would take the car there first to see if they can read the sensors, and if they are in fact 315MHZ, they should be able to program them into your car.

Just my thoughts, that if the car is safe to drive, take care of the easy issues first then tackle the other codes.

For clarification, other companies' TPMS sensors will work properly. Now whether or not these companies actually manufacture them is another story. I've run two different sets of wheel/tire combos on my '07 over the last 2.5 years without any issues whatsoever. Both sets were purchased from Tire Rack, and they comfirmed the TPMS sensors installed are made by Pacific Industries.

Pacific makes sensors for many OEMs and aftermarket companies, and my research has led me to believe they are a large supplier to Toyota/Lexus. And from Lexus parts photos, the sensors depicted look very much like the Pacific sensors I have seen, and in some of the photos for part# 42607-33022, "Pacific Industrial Co. Ltd." printed on them is clearly visible.
