Cant open oil filler cap

I just use the channel locks or vice grips. The oil cap is ALWAYS in there tight.

Channel locks. Also, a trick for opening this and any jars: If you try and it won't budge, keep pressure on it for about 10 seconds. The bonds of the seal will slowly break and release the cap/lid.
