Default Used control arms

It is a known thing that used control arms are a big risk. I found a posting on Ebay that supports the "big risk" part. If you look at the pictures, you will see cracked bushings. As far as I am concerned, that control arm can be considered failed. Though it might last for couple thousand miles.

The posting meant for new owners or people considering using used control arms.

There are few parts I would consider worthless as far as used parts go, suspension components are generally among them. Those are shot. You can get aftermarket replacements for $275 on amazon, and, while not OEM quality, they'll last longer than these.

AWD is an exception to that, but for around the same price you actually get a brand new OEM arm instead.

I've asked this question and haven't gotten a reponse, so aftermarket control arms do last longer than OEM even though they're are a lot cheaper?

I personally don't think so. But some people who have aftermarket arms installed are welcome to provide feedback.
