I assume you bought it off ebay? In my case that info was in one of exe files that needed to be unpacked as you were installing it on your laptop. Not a computer guy I just remember it was a PIA to get it installed and working. The code might depend on the version you are installing? Try typing 32 "1's" in for the code like: 111111 etc. Good luck
