Looking at the jack points the manual says to lift at the ends where the seams are. Is this safe ? It seems crazy to lift the car on those thin welded seams and they would crush. Or is there a special notched block?
I'm trying to use a quick jack. At one part the seam has a little bend like someone had lifted it there and it bent.

The stock jack (located in the trunk, next to the spare) has a notch. If you are using an aftermarket jack, I would use a rubber adapter with a notch which can be purchased on Amazon.

Yes, use an adapter puck with a slit in it. I jacked up mine once without it and it bent the seam. Now when i jack it up the puck gets stuck on the bent seam.

What did you use to straighten them? I'm having a hard time straightening mine.

I used water pump pliers as it has long handles (~ 8-inch) for good leverage and a long nose for a good grip on seams. You might want to use a towel to protect seams from damage caused by pliers. I also, recommend do it gradually, meaning, straiten up a small amount while moving along seams.

I'll try that. I couldn't get enough leverage with the pliers I was using. Thanks!
