I have a 2011 LS 460L and currently I am getting error code P1343 Camshaft Position Sensor A High Input MRE. To backtrack a little bit I was getting P0345 Camshaft Position Sensor Bank 2. Took it to a certified mechanic had it replaced and now I’m getting the P1343. Has anyone had this problem? What was the remedy in fixing it? Does anyone know where the Camshaft Sensor is located for bank 1? Does anyone have a pic or diagram of the location?

 

This diagram may be of help. Timing drive (UR series). 1 - VVT-iE motor, 2 - VVT-i control solenoid, 3 - crankshaft position sensor, 4 - camshaft position sensor (intake), 5 - camshaft position sensor (exhaust), 6 - water temperature sensor, 7 - camshaft position sensor.

 

So between 4,5, & 7 which one is bank 1?

 

Bank 1 is usually on the right when you face the vehicle.
