Here you go. It is by model, year, and manufacture date. All the vehicles listed below are still covered regardless of miles until March, 31st of 2021.

When was this?

I ask because I purchased my 2011 LS460 in August 2021. The issue was undisclosed and basically unremedied (they had done some cosmetic cover-up). It's of course gotten much worse, and now I've learned about the problem and the Customer Support Program.
