So, I got in my car this morning and the engine light is on, is displaying check VSC system but what's funny is that my cruise control is not working now or my Hold button, the car is running great . can someone help me, please...

You likely have a sensor error somewhere, all those features will be disabled if there is any fault in the ABS or engine systems that is not an evap code. You need to scan the car so we can tell you more

 

I took the car to autozone and after scanning the computer they sed that my vapor canister was the problem.

 

Many cars check engine lite on can mean the gas cap is not tight. I also had a Subaru and the cruise control wont work if the gas cap is loose and check engine lite is on.
