Default Stuck in ‘height high’ mode

Hey CL,

I added the Beat-Sonic mirror stuff to my LS, have the Data Controller too and was messing with the adjustments on the controller and reinstalled the BeatSonic setup as well and now my car is stuck in “height high” mode. It’s lit up on the dash no error or warning lights and the button on center console to put it in normal height isn’t functioning, or atleast the light isn’t turning off when I press it.

any ideas? Are there any wires maybe behind the radio I could have bumped while installed the Beat-Sonic setup? Eric from beatsonic wasn’t sure there was anything back there, he knows nothing his setup does ties directly into any of those wires but it’s stuck high.... I checked the connection behind the height high button too and nothing. All the other buttons work in that cluster, snow. Traction control, and shifting to sport+ etc all work

thx!

Are you using the the inline harness for the speed sensor from the nav unit? I don't know for certain if it would cause the Height High to stay on if it was unplugged, but it's a possibility you may want to check out/eliminate.

So it looks to be data controller related. When the wires in picture are disconnected the ‘height high’ dash light turns off and button works again, and confirmed it as car rose about 1” all around when lit up. When I plug harness back in light comes on and button doesn’t work to turn it off and car raises 1”

any help appreciated...

Before this issue occurred and the Data System controller was operating properly, did the Height High light come on automatically at about 37mph? What adjustments did you make to the Data System? On mine, the Speed setting is kept at 0, I don't ever mess with it. The speed sensor wire from the nav system to the air suspension ECU counters/negates the automatic lowering feature, and the Height High light will come on when this is in effect. I'm thinking if this wire became disconnected, it might result in the issue you're having.
