Default 2008 Lexus LS 600hL Rear Struts

Hopefully someone can give me some clarity on this issue I'm having. I'm trying to get rid of the air ride system on my 08 LS 600hL by replacing them with coil springs struts. I have the replacement coil struts for the front but I'm having a difficult time finding the rear coil struts. The car is AWD and all I keep finding are the RWD coil struts. I hear that it doesn't matter for the rear coil spring struts whether you use AWD or RWD struts because if the way they are developed. I actually thought there would be a difference between them.......maybe a different size spring or something. If what I mentioned is true I can just purchase some RWD coil spring struts for a LS 460 and call it a day. Can anyone confirm this for me? And if any difference between the two please explain.

just out of curiosity I looked at lexuspartsnow.com and I don’t see normal struts listed for the 600. So maybe they only came in air. Awd is a whole box of worms when it comes to switching to normal struts I would think because how is the awd being controlled and monitored and taking out air would definitely mean less control how does That affect the awd system?

Only change I really see happening is not being able to control the way to adjust the struts anymore (sports mode, etc.) Other than that I don't see where this shouldn't work. I did more researching and my situation seemed similar to a couple of past forum posts. One guy mentioned exactly what I was asking saying that you have to put what's needed (AWD or RWD) in the front and the back was interchangeable between both. Still I would like to have definitely clarity from someone. This is nerve wrecking.
