I just put superdowns on my GSAWD Lux and I love the look. How long have you gone with superdowns without blowing a strut? My car has 30,000 miles on it right now. Springs have maybe 200 miles on them now. I’m just wondering should I be worried?

Secondly, will my struts last longer with tanabes since they don’t drop so hard?

And how long did your struts last with Tanabes?

Im seriously thinking about buying some tanabes anyway because these superdowns are much stiffer than stock and I kinda miss my Lexus ride quality.

 

I put my super downs on my awd at 35k miles, currently at 128k and my struts are somewhat in good shape still. Plan on going air soon though, if not I’ll definitely switch to bc coils

 

So you have 90,000 miles on your struts with Superdowns??????? Wow! That’s good to hear. Seems like I keep hearing people say the struts will blow out quick. I feel much better if I could use them a few years with no trouble.....
