Default How to remove interior panel?

I am trying to change the panel between front and back door on the driver side due wear and tear as I slide in the car. What is the easiest way to remove?
also looking where to buy at a reasonable price.

You talking about the lower part of B pillar? If so pull off front door sill then pull off b pillar. It is very easy simple. Even if you don't have any plastic pry tools.
