LS 460 no audio sound

My LS 460 2010 will not play music from my iPhone through the car. Can receive incoming/outgoing calls . When in the audio screen, it says BT connection failed. Please any help! Also, I have rebooted the phone.

I would try unpairing the phone with the car, and re-pairing it.

I did, same issue. Will not show the name when pairing to place the code.

Try another phone to determine if the problem is with the phone or with the car's head unit. I'm assuming the radio works.

I would delete the phone from the cars headunit memory and go into the bluetooth setting on the phone and forget the car. Then start from scratch.
