Default '07 LS 460 not starting

So today I tried starting my LS460 and when I press on the brake I get green light but no turning over the engine not even a click. So far this is what I have seen.
1. Push starter button once and radio comes on
2. Push starter button second time internal air fans come on and engine fan comes on but no instrument lights like seat belts or engine lights in panel
3. When pressing brake I get green light on starter button but when press nothing.
4. Jumped starter relay under hood and car did turn over
5 I left the battery unplugged for about 15 mins and reconnected
I have Techstream but if I am not even getting instrument panel to load don't know if I will see anything for errors. Anyone seen this sort of goofy issues? Seems I put money into it and few weeks later something else.

Test the battery. Worst case the starter is failing. Did you have any long starts prior?

Well I did notice couple times over the winter when it was really cold out -30 when the car was starting you would hear the starter motor running but it took few secs for the solenoid to kick the gear out and start the car but have not seen anything since then. I can out the battery on trickle charger over night. I just find it strange no instrument lights show up.

As said test it, dead dash but other stuff working usually means the voltage is to low to start computers/systems due to them wanting to have particular voltage before coming on. Stuff like the fan can run off basically anything enough to overcome the motor starting resistance so that's not a good way to judge if you are out of power

I will pull the battery out in the morning and bring it in the part store to have it load tested and update thread after.

Brought the battery to auto shop and tested good but the CCA was little lower than what the battery says when tested. Here is a video of what the car is doing. VIdeo of issue <----- let me know if the video does not work. Also battery is Interstate bought 2/19.

Try reinstalling the battery, which you have to do anyway, AFTER cleaning both the batt terminals and connectors with a wire brush, if you haven't done so already. Start with the easy stuff first. (CCA's will generally drop some over time)

I am thinking the starter may be gone. May have to tow it to a shop.

I had the same issue and it turned out to be the starter for me.

I pulled the relay out and jumped the connectors. The car turned over without issues. I need to check the relay but don't know what is open or closed on it.

I'll be the first to suggest fuses be checked. There are multiple fuse panel locations and it's tedious but at least you're not paying $100 an hour for someone to do it. You said you have tech stream but didn't see the point in trying it. TRY IT first. you got nothing to lose, it's easy and may give you a specific fuse. Hope you have some results and answers after trying these things.

Swap another same part number relay from another system in the fuse box that is not fuel, that will eliminate that option quite easily.

Does that fuse control/explain lack of instrument warning lights?
