Exclamation Vibration

My 2010 LS Sport has a bad vibration with the foot on the gas at about 42 mph, if I take my foot off the gas it disappears. Where should I start looking at? By the way, the steering wheel doesn't shake when its vibrating. Thanks Shane

My understanding is that this type of vibration is usually due to bad drive-shaft bushings (guibos), trans mounts, or motor mounts. Each issue may have subtle differences in how the vibration feels. Do you hear anything? Is the vibration fast or slow? If you manually change gears does the vibration change too?
