Default Rain sensing wipers failed

Well, as you guys can see by the title, they failed a week ago. I have the original windshield, stalk is in correct position, sensitivity at max, but they will not work anymore. Any advice for a possible DIY fix? I'd rather not burden a dealership with something as trivial as this, considering the circumstances. Thanks in advance.

Fuse maybe ? It's where I would start...

Pull out your manual, or go to Lexus owners site and grab the PDF of your manual (this should be mandatory for everyone, as it's indexed and you can search/jump right to parts) and find the fuse for them...

Can anyone kindly supply the URL for where I might find the PDF manual? My vehicle is a 2007 LS 460 base model.

Default Fixed

Sorry for the delay, but I fixed them. I took off the plastic cover for the sensor, and cleaned both the sensor and the gel pad, making sure not to use any harsh chemicals. I then reassembled , keeping any air bubbles out of the space between the window and gel pad. I then poured a glass of water on the windshield where the sensor sits, and it worked! Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
