Windshield wiper insert DIY

Can anyone pinpoint me to a windshield wiper DIY? I'm having difficulty swapping out the wiper inserts.

you can do this without disconnecting the whole wiper from the arm.

Just did this the other day, took 5 mins, just pull the insert down and transfer over the metal stiffeners, push the insert back in the track and thats it.
