I have the Appearance Package, The Rear seat upgrade Package which comes with everything that the Luxury Package comes with on my 2010 LS 460L as well as the Comfort Plus Package which includes everything in the Comfort Package. I also have the Navigation System/Mark Levingson Reference Surround Sound Audio System Package. My LS came off of lease out of Miami, FL. I do not have the Cold Weather Package or the Advanced Parking Guidance System Package.

Yes, that radar technology is quite fickle. A single hit to any of the sensors or a replacement with a different windshield (depending on if it has pre-collision sensors by the mirror) can render it ineffective or cause erratic behaviors.
I don't doubt it I did not run the VIN through Lexus Drivers to check the history. I just saw it when I was looking at a 2005 LS 430 for my grand daughter who is coming to the mainland from HI next year for college. That is why I love the Lexus Driver page. Lots of knowledge there. That is why I tell my sons if you are going to get a used car look at Lexus because you can see the service history. As a side note you can use your Lexus Driver log on to check Toyota history as well.

Is it because the car was in an accident? They fixed the problem with the radar which they state it was just out of position. The question would be, How bad was the accident?

It says no accidents reported on the car so dont think that can be found
