Default Check Engine/Tire Pressure Going Haywire

I took my 2013 GS 350 in for the 60k service and picked it up earlier this week.

The day after I drove it out of town and the TPMS warning light was flashing and then just stayed on.

Following this the tire pressure readout went from normal to just dashes -- for each tire.

How could this happen the day after I spent $1100 at the Lexus Dealership?

I called my "advisor" and he said bring it in and they'll take a look at it and if it was causes by them they'll
fix it and if not they'll give me an estimate.

Are you kidding? Coincidence?

Is there a manual solution to this to try before I take it in?
