I don’t trust soft sidewalls- increased risks of sidewall bubble and blowouts, and deceased handling. Even the P zero Nero that come stock with our 2010-2012 sport edition had soft sidewalls. A few member mentioned that could have contributed to some premature failures of control arms.
I just purchased the P7 for a Toyota Corolla a few months back. the sidewalls were paperthin. You could flap the sidewalls in and out like card stock.
Ive had multiple sets of these on different cars and I’ve never had one issue with a sidewall...Makes no sense that would contribute to failure of control arms.
